1. Who we are

Zavcom is an authorized retailer that helps U.S. households find and enroll in home internet plans from partner providers including Brightspeed, Frontier, Kinetic by Windstream, EarthLink, Optimum and Viasat. You can contact us at info@zavcom.us or (703) 338-8817.

2. What we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, phone, email, street address or ZIP, and preferred call time.
• Basic analytics when you visit this page: pages viewed, referring source, device type, and approximate location, via Google Analytics and Google Ads tags.

3. Why we use it

• To check internet availability at your address and recommend plans from our partner providers.
• To contact you by phone, text, or email about those options, if you consent on the form.
• To measure and improve our advertising (aggregated, no selling of personal data).

4. Who we share it with

We share only what is needed for the provider you choose to enroll you. We do not sell lead data. Analytics providers (Google) receive aggregated, anonymized visit data.

5. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing info@zavcom.us. You can opt out of marketing calls at any time and we will honor the National Do Not Call Registry.

6. Call and SMS consent (TCPA)

By submitting the contact form, you authorize Zavcom to contact you at the phone number and/or email you provided about home internet options, including by automated means. Consent is not required to purchase goods or services. Message and data rates may apply. You can revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to a text or asking the representative on a call.

7. Cookies and tracking

This site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies, primarily from Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Ads, to measure visits and the performance of our advertising. We do not use cookies for cross-site advertising profiles. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will continue to work without them.

8. State privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, the Colorado Privacy Act, or similar state laws. These can include the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request correction or deletion, to opt out of certain data sharing, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise a right, email info@zavcom.us with the subject line "Privacy request" and the state you reside in.

Zavcom does not sell personal information in exchange for money. Share of personal information with partner providers occurs only to fulfill a request you have made (checking availability or enrolling in service).

9. Children

This site is intended for U.S. adults shopping for home internet. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact info@zavcom.us and we will delete it.

10. Changes

We will post updates to this page with the revised date above.
